No, creativity is something every normal human being is born with.
Does creativity require talent?
No. talent has two definitions – a natural ability or a develoaped skill. Skill may be developed because of exposure, frequent practice and knowledge.
Does creativity start in childhood?
No. Creativity is a choice. It is never too late to create.
